Investment in Brasilian Properties

First Pacific offers an outstanding investment opportunity to persons who would like to have a holiday apartment in Fabulous Rio de Janeiro, Brasil.

For less than Euro 50,000 you can own a freehold 1 bedroom apartment in Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro, within walking distance from that famous beach. Through our rental specialists we can arrange for the apartment to be let for holiday rentals when you are not there.

HOW DOES IT WORK;

1. You commission First Pacific to buy your apartment and advise us how much you wish to invest. Depending on your investment this could be a 1, 2 or 3 bedroom. We will find the right apartment for you. Upon your approval of our selection we will proceed with buying on your behalf. A one time trip to Rio will be required for the final Purchase.
The process takes about 3 weeks as title on properties in Brasil must be done by a qualified Lawyer to ensure the title is clear. You would only need to be in Rio for 2 days

2. While you are in Rio a contract for rentals can also be signed. This is a contract depending on your decision. These rentals can be for 1 night or 1 month. This is the good part, you can receive as much as 40 Euro a night for a 1 bedroom and upwards as the size increases. On an average you can expect a return of around 12% – 15% per annum on your investment and this does not include inflation.

3. Whenever you wish to use the apartment you advise the rental company that you will require the apartment to be vacant from whatever dates for however long. There are no set dates for you the owner, you may use the apartment as often as you wish. Should you want to use the apartment full time, no problems, you cancel the rental agreement without any penalties.
